The Talent Acquisition Consultant will typically focus on Exempt and Leadership level positions, offering guidance and expertise on sourcing strategies and related projects to less experienced staff as needed.

In partnership with business leaders, determines strategies to source talent across a variety of disciplines. Recruits, screens and selects candidates for a variety of positions throughout the company.

Researches best practices and works closely with management to develop and implement effective Recruitment programs and strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.
Experience: 8 or more years - or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 10 or more years.
Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of practices within field. Integrates and evaluates new advancements in industry, concepts, techniques and standards to contribute to successful business results. Considered an expert in the field within the organization.

 

Thorough knowledge of employment laws, recruiting concepts and practices.
Corporate Recruiting experience with a track record of strategic partnerships to build pipelines and attract talent.
Proven interest and ability to Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
Experienced negotiation with Agencies and vendors.
Project work to include: integrations and upgrades of sourcing tools, hiring events, etc.
Proven Exceptional organizational, communication and negotiating skills.
Working knowledge of HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems.
Collaboration Tools, Sourcing and data mining experience, AI in Recruiting, etc.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.

 

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

 

Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000
