Equally successful working independently on time-sensitive projects and tasks. Java and AWS skills are required
- Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder
- This is Hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days in the MAPFRE USA offices in Webster Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Quality - Ensures software quality by identifying and rectifying defects while validating software specifications.
- Test Automation – Enhance testing efficiency and accuracy by designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

Reads and interprets business requirements or incidents to create a design and coding solution to match the requirements.

Tests coded solutions to pass developer quality gates in order to implement a solution to a production environment.

Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly either written or orally with customers, business analysts, project managers, management or peers.

Collaborates as part of a team to achieve team goals and results

Supports colleagues with a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

Applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning and implementation of business initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

or 5 - 7 years of professional experience in relevant programming languages
