Data Control Coordinator Specialist (Part Time)

Summary:
Responsible for all Operation Project sign-offs, implementation and maintenance of jobs on Robot Schedule on all platforms. Provide support to developers for applications installed and implemented on the Scheduler. Responsible for balancing applications on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. Responsible to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all computer generated output.
This is a Part time role (30 Hours a week) Some one who can work the mornings Monday to Friday, Please apply if you have a background as an office manager or experience working in an office environment.
Experience:
● 2-4 years of experience in data control, data management, or a related field. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and scheduling software (e.g., Robot Schedule) is a plus.
Knowledge:
○ Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality control methods, and scheduling best practices.
○ Proficiency in RPA tools used by the organization (e.g., Robot Schedule).
○ Working knowledge of database management systems (optional, depending on company needs).
● Decision Making: Makes independent decisions within established parameters, applying analytical skills and judgment to resolve data control and scheduling issues. Selects the most appropriate course of action from various alternatives to ensure accurate and timely data processing and job execution.
● Supervision Received: Works independently but consults with senior staff or the Data Control Manager on complex issues or new procedures.
● Leadership: May occasionally act as a Group Lead, providing guidance and support to junior Data Control Coordinators on routine tasks and data control procedures. (Optional: Specify frequency and scope if applicable)
● Problem Solving/Operations/Direct Work Involvement: Applies extensive knowledge of data control principles, RPA tools, and scheduling software to troubleshoot job scheduling issues, ensure data quality, and maintain the accuracy of computer generated output. Identifies and resolves data inconsistencies and discrepancies independently.
● Client Contacts: Frequently interacts with internal departments (e.g., IT, Development) and potentially external vendors to exchange data, clarify requirements, troubleshoot RPA or scheduling issues, and resolve data-related problems. Communication involves clear and concise explanations, with the ability to interpret complex technical information for a broader audience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Associate's Degree considered with relevant experience (2-4 years) in data control, data management, or a related field.
