Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have Insuance Claims experience
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling to support business deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings to define and document requirements for future reporting and visualizations.
- Consult with teams across the organization to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (or Associate’s degree plus 4–6 years).
- Strong skills in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Access).
- Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in high-pressure environments.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in insurance, banking, credit card, or financial industries.
- Familiarity with platforms like VCGI04, AS400, Diamond, TronWeb.
- Skills in SQL Server, Teradata, UNIX, LINUX, MVS, R, Cognos.
- Programming experience in C, C++, JAVA, or other languages.
- Database design expertise.
