Assoc Program Mgr, Talent Development

Position Title: Associate Program Manager / Program Manager - Cultural Transformation Focus
(Level will be determined based on candidate’s years of relevant experience)

As an Associate Program Manager or Program Manager in Talent Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering programs that elevate employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. You’ll work across teams to identify development opportunities, craft impactful learning experiences, and help employees unlock their full potential.

• Lead and manage talent development programs that strengthen leadership, technical skills, collaboration, innovation, and self-awareness.
• Apply adult learning principles and internal consulting to assess needs and recommend high-impact solutions.
• Create engaging learning experiences that inspire growth and drive measurable outcomes.
• Champion a learning culture by demonstrating the personal and professional value of continuous development.

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a related area.  Facilitation experience is required.
• A passion for helping others grow, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
