Administration Coordinator - Product
Webster, MA, US
This is a hybrid role (3 days in our Webster, MA office/2 days remote)
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
Summary:
As a Product Analyst / Product Administrator you’ll play a key role in managing critical functions for our Technical Teams. This is an evolving role, requiring a high degree of adaptability with various responsibilities. This position offers continuous opportunities for growth and development, as responsibilities expand and evolve over time. This is a high-impact role with visibility across departments and opportunities to lead initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities:
Broad range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Vendor contract management
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms while identifying opportunity for expense savings
- Timely tracking of target dates for new and renewal Vendor services, handling all steps through to execution
- Timely handling of invoices, including validation of services and allocation of charges to applicable State
- Identify increase/decrease in monthly charges, working with various Business Teams to identify solutions
- Main point of contact with external Vendors, coordinating with Business Leads
Division of Insurance Filings, including:
- Timely handling of all Filings for the Technical Team to the Division of Insurance
- Coordination of State specific documentation with our Technical Team
- Handling SERFF input, including tracking of all communication from Division of Insurance
- Maintain secure folders, coordinating multiple updates with each State Filing
Project coordination, including:
- Coordination of Technical Team projects
- Aligning upcoming Filings and projects with companywide use of PowerApp workflows
- Maintaining Technical Team projects list, aligning Rate Filing schedule
- Working with various departments to coordinate projects each planning cycle
Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.
