Responsible for strategy definition and alignment, planning, execution and deployment of relevant Digital Enablement programs that deliver digital objectives across different MAPFRE USA areas. In this role you will be the go-to person for all “Digital” opportunities across the organization. You will be relied on for your expert and strategic knowledge of technology possibilities in and outside our company, to align the execution and deployment of the portfolio programs that deliver the MUSA digital contributions for growth, customer centricity and efficiency.

 

You will have direct responsibility for driving digital enablement strategy for our independent agency distribution channel to deliver on our omnichannel aspirations, and the self-serve capabilities provided to our policyholders.

  • You will guide our efforts to develop omnichannel capabilities that serve both our distribution channels and policyholders.
  • Working with Claims, Operations, IT, Business Development, and other distribution channel leaders, you will devise, align and coordinate the execution and deployment for programs and plans that support growth, customer centricity and operational efficiency across all channels.
  • You will provide guidance across the organization on how to bring digital into the organization and help guide and support the strategy of various areas.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with the different Product Owners in charge of the digital applications as well as the roadmaps definition for capabilities, enhancements to meet agents and customer expectations and the needs of the business areas that connect to customers through these applications.
  • You will lead the cross functional team responsible for the program’s strategy alignment, execution and deployment that deliver the MUSA Digital portfolio. The team includes experts from the different service and growth areas, the customer expert leader, the Product Owners of the different Digital Applications and the IT leader responsible for those applications.
  • Together with SVP- IT Solutions Delivery, you will co-lead the company transformation into agile solution delivery and deployment ways of working

 

This is a highly dynamic role where you will be an agent of change as our company continues its digital transformation, creating new opportunities and ways of doing business.

 

Knowledge, Skill and Abiities:

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred.

Experience: 9 - 11 years or bachelor’s degree equivalent plus 11 - 13 years. With experience in organizations working under Agile ways of working

Knowledge: Extensive level of professional knowledge in fields across broad disciplines and business segments.  Extensive knowledge of general management, strategy and policy-setting practices. Experience in Customer Service/Centric organizations enabled by technology.
