What You’ll Do
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to Contract Holders, Sales Representatives, Agents, Dealers, and internal customers.
- Answer incoming calls efficiently and resolve contract-related questions (status, terms, coverage).
- Provide underwriting guidance on vehicle eligibility.
- Process cancellations, quotes, and new business accurately.
- Handle check processing and assist with special projects.
- Offer backup coverage for the front desk.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong computer literacy.
- Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish): A plus!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dealership/automotive/accounting experience is a plus
- 0–1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Training Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)
- Duration: 3–6 weeks
- Overtime as needed
Regular Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time)
- Some overtime required as authorized by management
Important:
- Attendance required on the last day of every month until all business is processed.
- If month-end falls on a weekend, work the last Saturday until completion (never Sundays).

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $27,800 - $36,900
