Functions

• Underwriting / Analysis / Pricing of Non-Life treaties
• Technical studies, underwriting projects, participating in the improvement of pricing tools
• Analyzing client needs, monitoring market developments, proposing portfolio optimization solutions
• Explaining and defending MAPFRE RE's underwriting policy externally
• Coordinating client needs with the various MAPFRE RE Competence Centers

Requirements

• Degree in actuarial science, economics, applied mathematics, or a similar field, or technical training in (re)insurance
• 3-5 years of experience in reinsurance
• Knowledge of modeling tools (RMS, R, AIR, Remetrica, etc.)
• Proficiency in written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
