We are currently looking for a highly motivated and an outgoing professional to lead the position of Office Manager for the management centre located in Munich, Germany.
Key Responsabilities
Administration Work
- Accounting & Treasury - Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for accounting and treasury to headquarters on a monthly basis.
- Travel arrangements – Coordinate Hotel and transfer reservations and prepare travel expense reports.
Office operation
- Reception - Support & hospitality for business partners, customers, and guest.
- Liaison: Act as the liaison between building management and the company to ensure a fully functional office environment.
- Office supplies management – Monitor and maintain stock levels for kitchen items, restrooms, and general office supplies.
- Logistics management – Control incoming and outcoming documents and emails. Organize courier services, deliveries.
IT-Support
- Hardware Supplies Management – Monitor and maintain stock levels for equipment and accessories.
- IT Intermediation - Liaise with the IT team in Madrid to resolve office-related issues.

- Valuable professional education or proven experience as administrative position.
- A real team player who is open to inquiries from our employees, customers, and service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- A friendly and service-oriented work attitude.
- Proven experience in working with figures.
- Digital competence with, for example, MS Teams or other Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in business German and Spanish, both oral and written. Knowledge of English is a plus.
