Century Automotive Service Corporation, a MAPFRE USA Company, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a leading provider of extended warranty programs and ancillary finance and insurance products. Century currently markets its products through specialized F&I (Finance & Insurance) Agencies that have relationships with car dealerships around the United States.

 

Sales Support Coordinator

 

This position pays up to $18.50 / hour, to include comprehensive benefits on Day One

 

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MT / Hybrid 

 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing daily administrative support to our growing Sales team.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1.  Manage ACH set-ups and changes. Ensure required forms are completed accurately and are compliant with program standards.  Follow up with appropriate departments as needed.
  2.  Set up new accounts in all systems and ensure required documentation is received to align with corporate standards.   
  3.  Facilitate and manage labor rate increase requests as needed.  Reviewing documentation from agent/requestor for accuracy on an on-going basis.
  4.  Ensure dealer compliance documents are sent as needed.
  5.  Manage all vendor W9 documentation for both new vendors and annual updates as required by all Corporate, State and Federal requirements.
  6.  Manage multiple email inboxes from both internal and external customers.
  7.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with external as well as internal clients to ensure effective communication.
  8.  Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Competencies:  Strong organizational skills including the ability to ensure the efficient completion of daily, weekly, monthly and/or project related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.  Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical.  Excellent follow up skills and capability to problem solve.  Must have the ability to change direction and adjust priorities and/or schedules frequently or on short notice.

 

Communication:  Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both internally and externally, agents, clients, dealer partners and senior management at all levels within the organization.  Must be able to maintain an even disposition and professional demeanor, especially during adverse situations.

  

Client/Customer Service:  Business phone etiquette essential.  Must possess excellent customer service skills and ensure all client-related issues are handled in a fast, fair and friendly manner.  Must be able to work with internal departments when needed to obtain the necessary information or assistance for prompt resolution.

 

Strong Decision-Making Skills:  Must be able to analyze and/or gather all available information to formulate a sound decision to effectively resolve a variety of issues.

 

Education and/or Experience:  High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Computer Skills:  Must be proficient with computers and software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel.
