Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate ACH set-ups and changes. Ensure ACH form is thoroughly completed and required documentation has been received. Email appropriate department and follow up until completion.
  • Set up “B” accounts (aftermarket) as requested by Account Manager. Follow up until completion.
  • Facilitate and manage labor rate increase requests. Ensure proper paperwork is submitted by agent/requestor. Email appropriate departments and follow up through completion.
  • Assist in forwarding emails that belong to a different department. Log when necessary for follow up.
  • Process dealer OOB notification forms.
  • Address updates. Make sure W9 is complete and forward to all appropriate departments.
  • Research emails that come back undeliverable to determine if they need to be updated or removed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external as well as internal clients to ensure effective communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma
  • Proficient with computers and software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both internally and externally, agents, clients, dealer
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to ensure the efficient completion of daily, weekly, monthly and/or project related tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical.
  • Must have the ability to change direction and adjust priorities and/or schedules frequently or on short notice.
  • Partners and senior management at all levels within the organization. Must be able to maintain an even disposition and professional demeanor, especially during adverse situations.

 

Salary Range: $30,600 -$40,000, based on experience and qualifications
