Century Automotive Service Corporation is seeking a visionary Director of Risk Management to lead our risk strategy and underwriting innovation.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Spearhead the evaluation of client risk portfolios and develop competitive pricing and underwriting guidelines.
• Lead the creation of forecasting models and actuarial data to support new and existing programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless implementation of risk strategies.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to identify underwriting issues and recommend solutions.
• Drive business intelligence initiatives to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

🧠 What You Bring

• Minimum 2 -4 years with Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years with an Associate’s degree
• Automotive / Mechanical background desired
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—with fluency in Spanish highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

👥 Leadership & Impact

You’ll manage the Risk Management department, mentor team members, and lead special projects that shape the future of our product lines and client services.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Salary Range $150k - $180k
